P001/11 Election of Vice-Chairman
The Clerk asked the chair to take an emergency item in order to elect a Vice-Chairman for the committee and it was RESOLVED to elect Cllr B Brown for the Municipal year 2011/12.
P002/11 Apologies for Absence
Apologies received from Cllr Double.
P003/11 Declarations of Members’ Interests
Cllr McLeod as member of TDC; Cllrs R Callender and Day regarding application 11/00486/FUL and Cllr Morrisson regarding application 11/00208/LBC.
P004/11 Minutes of the Last Meeting
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 18th May 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
P005/11 Planning Applications
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 13th May, 20th May and 27th May.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.
P006/11 Tree Preservation Orders
Council noted 8 new Tree Preservation Orders in the local area.
P007/11 Date of Next Meeting
The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich on 29th June 2011 at 6.30pm.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.56pm
