held at Trinity House Meeting Room The Quay Harwich
on Wednesday 30th March 2011 commencing at 6.30 pm

Present: Councillors Henderson, Tyrer, Calver, Colbourne, Payne, Rutson, Burke and Callender

P96/10 Apologies for Absence
There were apologies of absence Councillors McLeod, J Brown, Double, Wares, Gardner and Howlett.

P97/10 Declarations of Members’ Interests
Councillor Rutson as member of the Planning Committee TDC and Councillor Henderson regarding application 11/00240/FUL.

P98/10 Minutes of the Last Meeting
Resolved that the minutes of the Extra-ordinary meeting held on 16th March 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

P99/10 Planning Applications
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 4th March, 11th March and 18th March 2011.
Resolved: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.

P100/10 Date of Next Meeting
The next Town Planning meeting will be held on 19th April 2011 at Long Meadows Community Centre Dovercourt.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.50 pm
