MINUTES of the Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE
held at Long Meadows Community Centre, Long meadows, Dovercourt
on Tuesday 19th April 2011 commencing at 6.30pm

Present: Councillors Burke, Callender, Calver, Colbourne, Double, Gardner, Henderson, Mcleod, Morrison, Rutson and Wares,
In the Chair: Councillor B Brown

Also present: 15 members of the public and 1 member of the press.

P101/10 Apologies for Absence
There were apologies of absence Councillors J Brown, B Howlett, S Tyrer and L Payne.

P102/10 Declarations of Members’ Interests
Councillors Rutson and Mcleod as members of the Planning Committee TDC regarding applications as set out in Appendix A.

P103/10 Minutes of the Last Meeting
Resolved that the minutes of the Town Planning Committee meeting held on 30th March 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

104/10 Planning Applications
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 25th March, 1st April and 8th April 2011.
Resolved: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.

P105/10 Date of Next Meeting
The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich on Wednesday 18th May 2011 at 6.30 pm.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.50 pm
