P041/11 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies received from Cllrs C Callender, R Callender, Gibbins, O’Neill and Thompson.

P042/11 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Cllrs McLeod as member of the Development Committee of TDC.

P043/11 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 21st September 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

P044/11 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 16th September, 23rd September and 30th September.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.

P045/11 MATTERS RECEIVED IN POST

• Councillors discussed a request from TDC to assist them in publicising the Public Consultation on Housing Development in Tendring.
  RESOLVED: to write to TDC and request they hold an exhibition in Harwich to allow Harwich residents to submit their views, and as a result, also allow additional time for comments to be made.

P046/11 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich 2nd November 2011 at 6.30pm.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.55pm
