P42/09 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 16th September 2009 (previously circulated) be approved by the Chairman and signed as a true record.

P43/09 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 11th September, 18th September and 25th September
2009.
RESOLVED: that the recommendations of Appendix ‘A’ are submitted to Tendring District Council.

P44/09 PLANNING APPLICATION 07/1143/FUL CAPITAL HOUSE, HARWICH
Further to Minute P38/09 a letter was noted from Mr Roger Steward, Assistant Chief Executive at Tendring District Council concerning the alleged breach of condition at Capital House, Main Road, Dovercourt.

P45/09 FORMER STARLINGS TAXI SITE, DOVERCOURT
The Committee were informed that a meeting had taken place between The Mayor, Councillors B Brown, G Calver and D McLeod and the owners of site, to discuss the current situation. The owners have given assurances that all asbestos had been removed and the site will be tidied up with improvements to the Main Road frontage.

P46/09 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Town Planning Committee will be held at 6.30pm on 28th October 2009 at The 1912 Centre, Harwich.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.05pm.
