P1/09 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Brown, Payne, Double, Burke, Henderson, McLeod, Calver, Callender and Howlett.

P2/09 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
None.

P3/09 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 13th May 2009 (previously circulated) be approved by the Chairman and signed as a true record.

P4/09 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 8th May, 15th May and 22nd May 2009. RESOLVED: that the recommendations of Appendix ‘A’ are submitted to Tendring District Council.

P5/09 APPLICATION 09/00034/FUL – ALEXANDRA HOUSE, 12 MARINE PARADE,  DOVERCOURT
Members noted approval by Tendring District Council of amendments of the latest highway revisions to original plans for the refurbishment of existing care home and erection of a new three storey care home.

P6/09 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Town Planning Committee will be held at 6.30pm on 24th June 2009 at The 1912 Centre, Harwich.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.54pm.
