P001/21 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

P002/21 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS

Cllr Todd declared a personal interest in application 21/00894/FUL as his relative lives close to the site of the development.

P003/21 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED: that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 4th May 2021 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
P004/21 MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

Cllr Morrison referred to a previous application (21/00426/FUL) relating to the former ATS site and read from a letter from Essex County Council regarding their consideration of the proposal, and, in particular, in terms of the parking provision for prospective residents.  Cllr Morrison raised concern that the information ECC used  to make their determination, was outdated and had discussed this with the Planning officer who has agreed to follow this up with the necessary departments if HTC were to put their concerns in writing.  Cllr Richardson concurred with Cllr Morrison’s concerns, that no site visit had been carried out by ECC prior to determining the proposal.

The clerk agreed to send a letter (copied to the county councillor) to Amy Lang, at Tendring District Council.

P005/21 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for week ending 11th June and 18th June.

RESOLVED: To submit comments to Tendring District Council.

P006/21 DETERMINATIONS
Members noted determinations of previously considered planning applications as notified by Tendring District Council:

None

P007/21 MATTERS RECEIVED IN THE POST OR RAISED BY MEMBERS

• Members noted the Adoption of Historic Supplementary Planning document, which was for information only.

P008/21 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next Town Planning meeting is to be held on Tuesday 6th July 2021 at The Mayflower Primary School, Main Road, Dovercourt at 6.30pm.

The meeting was closed at 6.58pm
