| P117/13 | DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS Cllr McLeod declared a non-pecuniary interest, referring to his position on the Development & Control Committee at TDC |
| P118/13 | MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on Wednesday 16th April 2014 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record with an amendment to Min P115/13 to correct the date of the next meeting from 16th May 2014 to 7th May 2014. |
| P119/13 | MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES Cllr Flavell informed members that, in relation to the planning application for installing a buoy on Gas House Creek, Essex County Council have now insisted that a wind survey be carried out as they have concerns that the buoy is not intended on being anchored down. Cllr Flavell confirmed that the weight of the buoy is 4.6 tonnes and would be taking up this issue accordingly. |
| P120/13 | PLANNING APPLICATIONS The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 18th April, 25th April and 2nd May. RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council. |
| P121/13 | MATTERS RECEIVED IN THE POST OR INFORMATION RAISED BY Members noted an email sent from Tendring District Council in relation to additional fundamental revisions which are needed to the draft Local Plan. |
| P122/13 | DATE OF NEXT MEETING The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich, on 28th May 2014 at 6.30pm. |
The Chairman expressed his thanks to Council, and the Clerk, throughout his term as Chairman for the Planning Committee and closed the meeting at 7.00pm.
