| P104/13 | MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on Wednesday 5th March 2014 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record. |
| P105/13 | MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES Cllr Morrison referred to 14/00164/FUL in relation to the Asda application and commented that following a visit to Bobbits Hole, that the fresh water which runs into the lake, runs off of the existing car park, and raised concerns that should the application go ahead, which would see a 4-pump petrol filling station sited within the car park, the water entering the lake could be contaminated. Cllr Morrison suggested HTC raise concerns with the planning authority and ask them to confirm that should the application be successful, that conditions are in place to ensure that any water from the petrol filling station goes into separate drainage rather than that which is connected to Bobbits Hole. The Clerk agreed to write to the Planning authority. |
