RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on Wednesday 2nd January 2014 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 27th December, 3rd January, 10th January and 17th January
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.
Members considered Pre-submission focussed changes (2014) in relation to the TDC Local Plan.
RESOLVED: To resubmit initial comments from previous consultation.

No Objection on the understanding that the planning authority ensure there is no overlooking from the side extension into the adjacent property.
