RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on Wednesday 30th July 2014 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
P035/14 MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

  • MIN P028/14 – 14/00789/ADV – Projecting Sign, The Goodlife Guesthouse.   Notification received from TDC Planning Services stating that a revised planning application will be submitted and a request has been made to the applicant for the sign to be switched off whilst the application is determined.
P036/14 MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES

  • P105/13 – 14/00164/FUL – Asda application – Members reviewed correspondence received from Harwich Society.
    RESOLVED:  Clerk to write to TDC stating that HTC strongly object to Condition 5 being discharged as it does not adequately address possible contamination of Bobbit’s Hole Nature Reserve. Contents of the letter to be delegated to the Clerk in consultation with Councillor Morrison.
