The Chairman introduced and welcomed the two new Harwich Town Councillors, Cllr Powell and Cllr Morrison

Cllr McLeod referred to his position on the Development & Control Committee at TDCCllr Morrison confirmed that the applicant for application 13/00288/FUL was her ex son in law.
P116/12 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on Wednesday 27th March 2013 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

P118/12 PLANNING APPLICATIONSThe Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 29th March,   5th April and 12th April 2013
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.
P119/12 MATTERS RECEIVED IN THE POST OR INFORMATION RAISED BY MEMBERS
NHS North Essex – Notification of approval for relocation of pharmacy – noted
20 Market Street – Cllr I Henderson informed members that a Section 215 Notice had been served by TDC giving the owner 28 days to comply with certain conditions. If no action is taken by the deadline set, TDC intend to board up the site and charge the owner.

The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich on 8th May 2013 at 6.30pm
