P001/12 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies received from Cllrs R Callender, Calver, Day, Double, I Henderson and Thurlow.

P002/12 ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRMAN
RESOLVED: to appointment Cllr Flavell as Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee.

P003/12 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Cllr McLeod as member of Development and Control Committee at TDC. Cllr Gibbins in relation to planning application 12/00504/TCA and left the room during discussions and voting.

P004/12 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 9th May 2012 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

P005/12 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending
11th May and 18th May.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.

P006/12 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich, on 6th June 2012 at 6.30pm.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.05pm

To suggest removal of the two trees to the south of the garden and to prune the northern trees to reduce the crown. Further suggestion to plant two trees to replace the two felled conifers.
