P029/11 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies received from Cllrs King, McLeod and O’Neill.

P030/11 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Cllrs Day and R Callender declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to applications 11/00784/FUL and 11/00785/LBC from AJ Woods, and Cllrs C Callender and R Callender declared a personal interest in application 11/00963/FUL from Mr Aidan Callender.

P031/11 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 10th August 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

P032/11 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 5th August, 12th August and 19th August.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.

P033/11 MATTERS RECEIVED IN POST

  • Council noted a letter from Clive Dawson, TDC in response to HTC comments on a previous application (11/00797/TPO) as heard at the meeting of the Planning Committee held on 10th August.

P034/11 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich on 21st September 2011 at 6.30pm.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.00pm.
