MIUTES of the Meeting of the PLAIG COMMITTEE held at The 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich on Wednesday 23rd ovember 2011 commencing at 6.30pm

P053/11 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENSE
Apologies received from Cllr O’Neill.
P054/11 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Cllr McLeod declared an interest as a member of TDC’s Development Committee.
P055/11 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 2nd November 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
P056/11 PLAIG APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 28th October, 4th November and 11th November.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.
P057/11 MATTERS RECEIVED IN POST
- A letter from the DCLG regarding planning applications for Bathside Bay was discussed.
RESOLVED: To take up offer to make representations to the Secretary of State.
P058/11 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich, on 14th December 2011 at 6.30pm.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.10pm
