on Wednesday 20th July 2011 commencing at 6.30pm

P017/11 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies received from Councillors R Callender and Thurlow.

P018/11 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
A prejudicial interest was declared by Councillor Double in relation to application 11/00687/FUL as a member of the Co-operative Board and Councillor McLeod as a member of TDC Planning Committee.

P019/11 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 29th June 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

P020/11 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 24th June, 1ST July and 8th July. Cllr Double left the room during consideration of application 11/00687/FUL.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.

P021/11 MATTERS RECEIVED IN POST
The Chairman informed members of a number of Tree Preservation Orders, which has recently been confirmed by Tendring District Council.
RESOLVED: to note these.

P022/11 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich on 10th August 2011 at 6.30pm.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.44pm.
