The Chairman confirmed a response from EDI on 23rd November 2010 outlining work and plans for improvements to Harwich Quay. Councillor Colbourne, speaking on behalf of County Councillor R Callender, gave assurances to members that use of parking permit scheme for use by fisherman was being looked into at Essex County Council Highways Department.
