Councillor McLeod declared he is a member of Tendring District Council’s Development and Control Committee. Councillors Rutson and Wares declared a personal interest in application 09/00069/FUL. Councillor Henderson declared a personal interest in application 09/00322/FUL.
P132/08 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 1st April 2009 (previously circulated) be approved by the Chairman and signed as a true record.

Application 09/00122/FUL: erection of 7 flats with associated parking following demolition of existing building. Members noted the decision that the matter will not be referred to Development and Control Committee.
P134/08 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 27th March, 3rd April and 10th April 2009.
RESOLVED: that the recommendations of Appendix ‘A’ are submitted to Tendring District Council.

P136/08 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Town Planning Committee, to consider the Core Strategy Consultation, will be held at 6.30pm on 29th April 2009 at the 1912 Centre, Harwich. The next ordinary meeting of the Town Planning Committee will be held at 6.30pm on 13th May 2009 at the 1912 Centre, Harwich.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.50pm
