| G41/12 | MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING RESOLVED that the minutes of the Guildhall meeting held on Wednesday 23rd January 2013 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record. |

| G43/12 | DRAFT MAYOR MAKING PROTOCOL Members reviewed the draft policy following the recent meeting held with the Church Wardens to gain their input. Cllr Calver confirmed that he was in contact with Trinity House and recommended that the current version is reviewed and adopted at the next Full Council meeting in readiness for Mayor Making in May. There may be minor additions in the future regarding the order of procession following the meeting with Trinity House. RESOLVED: To seek adoption of the Draft Mayor Making Protocol at the next Full Council meeting. |
| G44/12 | RELEASE OF PHOTOGRAPHS FOR DISPLAY AT THAMES SAILING BARGE TRUST RESOLVED: To forward scanned copies of the requested photographs on condition that any usage of the pictures will bear recognition to the Council and that the photographs will not be reproduced or used in a publication for which payment will be received. |
| G45/12 | OFFICE Members reviewed the samples supplied for framing 2 prints along with costs for the frames and prints. RESOLVED: Clerk to proceed, in consultation with Cllr J Henderson to purchase two standard size prints from the selected photos donated by Cllr Fowler along with 2 frames. Agreed maximum spend £183 FURTHER RESOLVED: To purchase paint with the remainder of the budget. Any additional cost to be taken from premises maintenance budget. |
