Public Question Time:
Betty Holbrook referred to application14/00771/FUL in relation to the former Health Clinic and raised concern about the parking provision given that when formally used, the access and egress was particularly difficult. The Chairman said this would be discussed when the application is considered.

P013/14 | PLANNING APPLICATIONS The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 23rd May, 30th May, 6th June and 13th June. RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council. |
P014/14 | LOCAL PLAN – STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Members discussed the SCI, which details how residents and other stakeholders will be notified, consulted and involved in preparing the Local Plan and major planning applications. RESOLVED: To request a TDC officer attend the Planning meeting on 9th July to explain what’s involved and the current status of the Local Plan prior. FURTHER RESOLVED: To respond that HTC are not sufficiently informed to respond to the consultation and will forward comments following a meeting with a TDC officer on 9th July. |
