E41/19 – Local Highways Panel – Project request submitted for traffic calming measures in
Williamsburg Avenue.
E41/19 – Local Highways Panel – Project request submitted for 20mph zone in High
Street/Kingsway.
6 Matters Arising From Previous Minutes
To discuss and act upon information received following previous actions in relation to the items listed on the agenda:
E21/18 –
Tree planting has been deferred until autumn 2020
E26/19 – Low Road – 30 MPH Stickers – With the assistance of the Police Cadets, councillors visited and distributed the stickers to residents on 14th December.
7 Horticultural Report
To receive a report from the Horticultural Adviser and consider any necessary action
8 Flood Memorial Garden
To receive an update from Councillor Ferguson and consider any necessary action
9 Emergency Planning
 •To nominate a lead member and undertake a brief review of the plan

10 Winter Salt Bag Scheme
