E36/20 – 20MPH Street Safety Zone – Awaiting response from Cllr Bentley (ECC) and

To discuss and act upon information received following previous actions in relation to the items listed on the agenda:
E09/21 – Emergency Plan –
Amendments have been made to the emergency plan reflecting changings at Mayor Making, staff and bad weather procedures.  A mock test is due to be undertaken.
E24/20 –
Tree planting has been deferred until autumn 2022
7 Horticultural Report
To receive a report from the Horticultural Adviser and consider any necessary action
8 Flood Memorial Garden
To receive an update from Councillor Fowler and Councillor Ferguson following their meeting  with Ian Taylor and consider any necessary action
9 Emergency Planning
  To appoint a representative to attend the Parish & Town Council Community
Resilience Forums run by Tendring District Council
10 Bad Weather Conditions Working Party
To receive an update and consider any necessary action 
11 Winter Salt Bag Scheme
To review information received from Essex County Highways and consider
participating in the 2021/22 partnership scheme

To review information collated and consider any necessary action 
13 Climate Change
To consider the impact of Harwich Town Council activity on climate change

To receive an update from Cllr I Henderson and consider any necessary action

To consider submitting an application for funding to purchase litter picking equipment
