P064/11 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

P065/11 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
None.

P066/11 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 14th December 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

P067/11 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending
9th December and 16th December.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.

P068/11 TPO – LAND ADJACENT TO WEST END LANE, DOVERCOURT
Members discussed a Tree Preservation Order placed by Tendring District Council. RESOLVED: to write to TDC to ascertain ownership of the land on which the trees, which are subject to the TPO, are situated.

P069/11 PLANNING APPEAL – HOUSEHOLDER APPLICATION 11/00950/FUL
Members discussed the refusal of a recent planning application.
RESOLVED: to confirm to TDC that HTC maintain their position of ‘no objection’.

P070/11 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich, on 25th January 2012 at 6.30pm.
