RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on Wednesday 7thAugust 2013 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 9th August, 16th August and 23rd August 2013
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.
P35/13 MATTERS RECEIVED IN THE POST OR INFORMATION RAISED BY MEMBERS

  • Members noted HTC’s position of ‘No Objection’ was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate with regard to Planning Appeal APP/P1560/H/13/2201343 by Harwich and Parkeston Football Club.
  • The Clerk informed members that full approval had been granted by the Planning Authority for the proposed upgrade to the Dovercourt Swimming Pool.

The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich, on 18th September 2013 at 6.30pm.
